Privacy policy

Crypto Cipher runs this store. This policy says what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect. When you order, even a free library: your name, email address, billing address and order details. If you pay, your payment is handled by PayU or PayPal; we never see or store your card number. Our store platform, Shopify, also records basic device and browsing data (such as IP address and pages visited) to run the site and stop fraud.

Why. To send your download links, give you re-download access, answer support emails, keep tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud. We send marketing emails only if you tick the box at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email.

Who else sees it. Shopify (store hosting), PayU and PayPal (payments), and our accountant (tax records). These companies may store data outside India. We do not sell your data.

How long. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Marketing consent ends when you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@cryptocipher.in. We reply within 30 days. Indian buyers have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; buyers elsewhere may have rights under their own local laws.
