Refund policy

Our libraries are digital downloads. Once a download link has been sent, we cannot take the files back, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

We will fix the problem or refund you in full if:

• your download never arrived and we cannot send it to you within 7 days;
• the files are damaged or do not open, and we cannot send you a working copy;
• you were charged twice for the same order.

Please check before you buy: every paid library needs the full retail version of Native Instruments Kontakt. It will not load in the free Kontakt Player. Not having the right Kontakt version is not a reason for a refund.

To ask for help or a refund, email admin@cryptocipher.in within 14 days of your order. Include your order number. We reply within 48 hours and settle the matter within 30 days. Approved refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
